Building Kind Schools and Communities

Mentoring

Building relationships is critical to fostering kind and respectful schools.  Youth need to know and feel that peers and adults care about and value them as individuals. Developing programs in which students mentor each other as well as, programs that bring in adults from the community to mentor students is an invaluable way to increase well being and healthy attitudes and behavior among students.  Please consider starting mentoring programs in your schools and see the amazing results!! 🙂
